On June 27, 2019, the MacBook Pro laptop was displayed in an Apple Store in Corte Madera. Apple announced that it would recall approximately 432,000 15-inch MacBook Pro laptops because of concerns about overheating batteries that could catch on fire. This recall applies to 15-inch MacBook Pro laptops manufactured between September 2015 and February 2017.
It functions more like the Mac Mini and can be connected to an external monitor. The new keyboard is an actual keyboard so all you need is a trackpad or mouse and a monitor or TV.

It is important to note that the Magic Keyboard concept was submitted by the iPhone maker to the US Patent Office in August 2020. The patent filing was not published by the office until this week.
