The industry standard is 99% protection from viruses and attacks. The guarantee does not cover user error or acts of nature/God.
Free Virus Removal/Cleanup
This includes system tune-up and virus removal that takes no longer than 2.5 hours after the initial login. This is not measured by the actual repair time, yet by the logged-in time of the technician performing the cleanup/removal/tune-up. The technician’s ability clean up/tune-up the PC/system can be impeded by any user interaction during the procedure. It is recommended that the technician be the only one using the system/PC during the procedure.
You are authorizing The Support Desk and its associates to bill you/charge you on an arecurring basis on or before your anniversary date for the amount you owe for services rendered by you by subscribing for the monthly plan
Payment For Services Rendered
You agree to pay for services that are not included in the Monthly Maintenance Plan. This will be charged to your chosen payment method.
The Support desk cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by, or that may occur on your computer. The liabilities and damages rule also covers data loss, system failure and other occurrences.
Any software/images/documents found to be on the owner’s machine of an illegal nature will be reported to the proper authorities with or without the owner’s knowledge or consent deemed by the current laws surrounding such measures. Mandatory Backup Solution
MMP subscribers must have one of our backup solutions installed either by remote technician or onsite technician. This will ensure that all data you have under your MMP plan is backed up in a secure location off-site. MMP plans include a minimum amount free storage. This amount can be adjusted or decreased at any time without notice. To protect your data against loss, theft, deletion and other problems, you will not receive less than 128GB. If you decline ANY backup solution offered by The Support Desk/ARAWR PC/Partners/Affiliates, you automatically take full responsibility for any and, or all loss of your data. You also give up your rights to legal action against The Support Desk and its parent company ARAWR PC as well as any affiliate/partner company.
Repeat offenders rule: Anyone found downloading, visiting, or using software on their computer/device can be charged at DOUBLE the hourly rate. After the first cleanup/removal, the percentage goes up by 125%, 150%, 175%, and 200% respectively for each subsequent offense. After the fourth offense, a meeting between the provider (The Support Desk) and the user (Purchaser/subscriber of MMP), describing what actions will be taken next. Actions that can be taken, a higher MMP plan fee, termination of services, alternative methods of viewing content, the suggestion of no longer viewing/downloading/using the services that are creating the issues, or any other solution found to be fitting as a case by case basis by The Support Desk and its partners.
Right up to the end
The Support Desk or its partners may decide that the person(s) receiving services is no longer required by them. The user of MMP services will be notified within 24 hours of disconnection. There will be no refunds for any remaining contract time. After 30 days without resolution of any issues, yearly contracts will be terminated. You can initiate this for any reason.
